In addition to installing turnkey machinery, we scale and provide multiple variations of a cell based on customer need. One such machine build was our sealant application machine, which utilizes a Cartesian robot and either a laser or camera to inspect, apply, and quality check sealant material on engine parts for our customer.
After providing the initial machine, our customer ordered four more cells, for sealant application on several different parts, each with unique surface patterns. With the success and experience gained from the first cell, we could provide these even faster and more efficiently.
